BeBold Accessories accepts returns For Store Credit Only.
Please always double-check the size you require before ordering.
Due to strict health and safety regulations, returned items must be unopened, unused, and unworn with no exceptions. Kindly pack the returned products in a protective layer e.g., bubble wrap.

We do not credit the shipping and handling costs once an order has been sent.
The free shipping eligibility will be lost, so the shipping fee will be billed.

When you request the return, the cost of delivery will be clearly communicated to you. This amount must be paid before booking the collection. Alternatively, you may choose to send the item back yourself.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.

Please note:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings & piercing jewellery.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days. Please contact us first to confirm availability.

Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge you for the costs of collection and delivery of replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping for Custom design orders will be communicated with the client.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (depending on availability)
Areas within 100km radius – 3-7 days (depending on availability)
Express Shipping (optional): 1–2 business days (depending on availability)
